Toast 2 Bagels until golden brown. Melt Lactantia butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Beat 2 eggs with Beatrice milk, add Black Diamond Shredded Cheddar Cheese and salt, then pour into the skillet and cook, stirring, until softly scrambled. Remove from heat. Place a slice of ham or bacon on each Bagel half. Top with scrambled eggs dividing equally among the four halves. Sprinkle with Black Diamond Shredded Cheddar Cheese, then dust lightly with paprika. Arrange on a baking sheet and place under the broiler for just a minute or two until the Cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
Place ½ cup of Black Diamond Shredded Cheddar Cheese on a flour tortilla. Top with 1 scrambled egg and ham, bacon or sausage cut up, and ¼ cup (75 mL) of your favourite variety of salsa. Roll and secure the tortilla with a toothpick. Wrap in a paper towel and microwave on high for 30 to 40 seconds or until heated through.
Arrange Black Diamond Shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese on a flour tortilla. Top with ½ cup (125 mL) of cooked diced ham, chicken or scrambled egg. Place on a microwave safe dish and microwave on high for 30 to 40 seconds, or until Cheese is melted. Let stand for 1 minute and serve with salsa and Beatrice sour cream.
Cook bacon until as crispy as desired. Add 2 Black Diamond Cheddar Cheese Slices on each piece of toast. Cut each slice of toast into 3 strips. Top each strip with 1 piece of bacon and place on large baking sheet. Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven 10 min or until hot.
Spread mustard, mayo or your favourite sandwich dressing on a flour tortilla. Top with 2 Black Diamond Cheese Slices (Cheddar, Mozzarella, or Swiss). Add any combination of vegetables such as lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, bean sprouts, olives, pickles, etc. Roll or fold the tortilla (depending on size) and secure with a toothpick.
